Operational Intelligence worked closely with Project Managers for the Barangaroo project to design and deliver a smart solution that would transform the buildings into interactive highly efficient towers that increase productivity and workplace efficiency. We delivered an Open Building System Integration (OBSI) that was powered by iViva. This integration platform tied together multiple silos systems across the Barangaroo South Precinct (including – One International Towers Sydney, Two International Towers Sydney, Three International Towers Sydney, and Shared Services (the Basement). These systems ranged between the precinct’s HVAC system, lighting, security, lifts, Energy Management System (EMS), hydraulics and more. The integration of these subsystems provides property management teams, tenants, contractors, and various stakeholders, varying levels of visualisation and control of these subsystems, as well as data analytics and the opportunities to integrate seamless multi-system workflows.
